Preparing For Your Ultrasound

While some things are out of your control, ie. baby is not in a good position or they're being shy, there are some things you can do to make the most of your experience and get the best possible pictures of your little one!

  1. HYDRATE! HYDRATE! HYDRATE! Drink a few extra glasses of water daily, starting a few days before your appointment.*

  2.  Have a piece of fruit, granola bar or other nutritious snack with a little bit of natural sugar just before your appointment to get that little one as active as possible! *

  3. Relax and enjoy this beautiful bonding experience!
